Do we
ever stop and think about the lives that were lived long ago? I
can't say that I do.
When I
see movies that remind me, I often think how I'd survive in such
a world.
A world
without the things we take for granted each day? It's doubtful.
We've
become so accustomed to the ease of this life.
Although the things in our world may have changed, there is one
thing that remains the same.
We
still plant seeds. We still grow beautiful flowers just as our
Grandmothers did so long ago.
We turn
the soil, plant the seeds and wait. We wait for the newness of
life.
We
watch our hard work turn into something magnificent.
Things
may seem like they've changed, but really, they are still just
the same.
The
world around us is vast, but we are all connected and it makes
the world a smaller place.
That's
a good feeling.
So, in
your corner of the earth, plant a flower and watch it grow.
Watch
its life unfold into beauty, and remember that we are all close
than we think.
Our
hearts can still touch across the miles and seas.
Wherever you are today...my heart is with you.
