The entire time I was making this I knew the
song. Funny how that works. It made me think of a garden
somewhere in a backyard, in a park, or anywhere you can smell
fragrant flowers and birds singing.
New to my works, I've incorporated these
gorgeous hand-made polymer clay blossoms by D.Jean Vainio. I love them! They're a
soft and creamy green (the focal in the above photo) and have so
much personality. The beads, of course, by Krissybeads...
there's really NO mistaking them. Her precise ability to make a
tiny, perfect bird is beyond me! I have put two such birds in
this piece, love birds, and there's even a sterling charm of a
pair of love birds...which brings me to the song. :) Kiss Me
by Sixpence None the Richer, and believe it or not, a song I
have never used. Now I don't know why because it's in my iTunes
library FIVE times so I must have loved it enough to continue
adding it to my list of favorites. LOL It's a sweet and dreamy
song and very visual with its words.
Other things that go along with this bracelet
are these unique sterling wire flowers, poly roses in yellow,
several shades of crystal (and size), bunches of lampwork
beads!!, sterling "love" charm, love birds charm, and an endless
circle Marcasite toggle...endless love? :) Definitely.

My thirteenth wedding anniversary is coming up
next month. :) I'm excited about it because we're really adding
on the years and the years are getting so much better with each
that passes. We're more into our "groove" of who we are, can
handle a bit of teasing (ugh, the gray hairs for me!!), and our
kids are getting older we're feeling more like a "family".
Baseball practices, Brownie and Daisie Troup meetings, play
dates with friends, sleep-overs and girl's nights are all added
in the mix of the life we're making. It's a lot of fun! Family.
Even when it was just the "two of us", Jeff
and I had a great marriage. I am thankful for that. We were the
type of couple that would be at a new movie on opening night,
laugh at someone who tripped going UP steps (I know, sad. LOL),
and send emails of things most people might not find so
humorous. LOL That's what makes couples unique. That ability to
share things that no one would "get" and give that look that
says, YOU are totally getting ME right now. I love that.
As the years continue to pass I hope that our
life gets better and better. We make the other happy...
So, honey... Kiss Me!!

You can see the love birds charm just above.

Song, Kiss Me, by Sixpence None the Richer
Kiss me out of the bearded barley
Nightly, beside the green, green grass
Swing, swing, swing the spinning step
You wear those shoes and I will wear that dress.
[Chorus:]
Oh, kiss me beneath the milky twilight
Lead me out on the moonlit floor
Lift your open hand
Strike up the band and make the fireflies dance
Silver moon's sparkling
So kiss me
Kiss me down by the broken tree house
Swing me upon its hanging tire
Bring, bring, bring your flowered hat
We'll take the trail marked on your father's map
