From beginning to end I needed patience with this bracelet. LOL The beads take time to make, the colors blending just perfectly. After more than seventy beads, it came down to these being used in this piece. For those of you who don't work with glass, when you melt it, pretty much the entire "ball of glass" looks molten, no color just various shades of boiling red to orange. When you're working with dark colors (red, blue, purples, green etc) their true color won't become evident until it's fully cooled, and only then can you see the beauty of your work. Sometimes however, you choose colors that aren't so terrific, but again, you don't see these beads until they've gotten out of the kiln and well, it's at that point you get to make the beads over again... because the first go-round didn't turn out like you'd planned. Thus, patience is needed. LOL

I am thrilled to say that this design is fully complete and ready to head to its owner, and as providence would have it, the customer requested a "P" for her initial. So the "P" initial might stand not only for her name but also for patience. Sometimes the best things are worth waiting for, at least that's what I've been told over and over and over and over again for the last seven years. :)

No need to explain this one other than it turned out just darling and glad that it's finished. :)
