When I created this bracelet I had planned to call it African Sunset because I tried to use a variety of beautiful boro lampwork beads, showing all the aspects of what a true sunset might look like. One of the beads is a tiger print and that's why I was going to call it the African Sunset... anyway, when I finished it and chose the gorgeous bezel-like Tree of Life charm, I knew that the name had to change.

I hope you like it... it's a rather simple design yet it has a lot going on with it, lots of green, champagne, soft purples and pinks... the charm pulls it all together.

The focal is difficult to capture, annoying how that happens sometimes with boro. Ask any boro lampworker and they'll tell you the same thing, how it's sometimes SO tricky to get the complete beauty that boro glass can sometimes hold to come through on film. ::sigh:: Oh well... I tried. A few photos down it really shows up but still isn't as pretty as it is in person. A surprise for the person who takes it home. :)
