John Mayer has been on my "list" lately. In the next few weeks
you'll see some of his songs come up. He has such a sultry, easy
style and this song is no exception. It's soft and tender... and
of course you're thinking, what does that have to do with this
bracelet? Maybe nothing. Maybe a little something...
I've tried several times to write something that my heart wanted
to say but I keep coming up short. It kept getting too wordy.
So. I'll keep it short and try to keep on track.
As women we have so much depth and beauty...just like the beauty
and depth you can find in glass beads...when my husband took me
out for my anniversary he looked at me with a depth that only
someone who is truly in love can give. Not that I can compare
jewelry to the love of a good man, but my point is this: there
is so much beauty in the world...in the little and big things
but it's our job to keep it close so we don't lose sight of
them.
I still don't think it's exactly what I was trying to say but if
you can appreciate the small things in life then you'll get what
I was wanting to say. :)
